Workspaces

A workspace is where your diagrams are organized and stored. Every workspace is tied to a pricing plan, which sets the features it has and how many people it holds.

You can belong to more than one workspace, and you switch between them from the workspace dropdown.

Benefits of the Team plan​

By upgrading a workspace to the Team plan, your team will be able to:

  • Have a central place for your whole team to store, access, and share database diagrams. team-workspace-diagrams

  • Easy to manage diagram access of guests and teammates.

Start a Team trial​

You can start a 7-day free trial of the Team plan from the workspace window.

Enter your payment method during the trial period. The system charges automatically when the trial expires, so you do not need to take any further action to continue.

Expand your team​

To invite more members, purchase extra member licenses by updating your subscription in the Billing tab.

Reactivate a disabled workspace​

Reactivate the subscription to revive a disabled workspace:

  1. Switch to the corresponding workspace.
  2. Click Upgrade in the sidebar.
  3. Fill out the payment information (if necessary) and go to checkout.

Manage workspace subscription​

You can manage a workspace subscription in the Billing tab. Here, you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.
  • Modify add-ons to suit your needs.
  • Cancel your subscription if necessary.

Cancel workspace subscription​

  1. Open your workspace's Home page.
  2. Open the Billing tab.
  3. Click Edit subscription.
  4. Select the subscription and cancel it.

After cancellation, the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your diagrams are preserved, and paid features become unavailable once the period ends.

Switch between workspaces​

  1. Navigate to your workspace's Home page. You can reach the Home shortcut from the account dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Click the name of your current workspace in the dropdown menu. A list of available workspaces appears, then select the one you want.
