Invite & Share

• Invite People: You can invite specific colleagues with their account email addresses.

  note

  Paid users can invite other people to collaborate on their diagrams, with:

  	Viewers	Editors
  Limit per diagram	Unlimited	Up to 4 free users Unlimited paid users
  Limit per workspace	Unlimited	Up to 6 free users Unlimited paid users

  Invited free users exceed these conditions will be only allowed to view the diagram until their account is upgraded. If you want to collaborate with many people, please consider upgrade to the Team plan.

• Publish Editable Diagram: You can publish your diagram with edit permission, so any authenticated user can edit it with the diagram URL.

  note

  Please note that there will be risks when you leak your public diagram URL. So you can use password protection feature to make public diagrams more secure.

Real-time Collaborative Editing

Primary edit experience on dbdiagram is real-time. Hence, you & your colleagues will be able to edit together on the same diagram, at the same time.

In case you're a Free user, your colleagues can still join your real-time session via the diagram URL as viewers (read-only permission).
